0028: Hasse in a fragile state, recovering from a serious car accident of Sept. 1st, 1969. His left arm repaired with surgical steel, he played the concert with some jazz musicians. Believing his career was over, Hasse had sold all his instruments, and plays here on rented equipment. A second surgery in 1973 restored his playing ability, and paved the way for the forming of Piirpauke.
